3. Execution:

5. Closing:
This is the final stage. It ensures that project is properly closed. Ensures that contract and procurement are well documented and closed appropriately. Requirements to write the PMP exam:
1. You must have a B.sc or HND certificate.

5. You will need to register for the exam online and fill in the application online. It is required that you have your past work or project experience ready and your referral manager's name and position. You print a copy of your application for subsequent random audit by PMI. You could be selected. Once your exam application is approved; you proceed to register and pay your exam fee. The fee is $555 for non PMI member and $409 for PMI members.
